My Hero Academia at AnimeFest 2018
We are FINALLY at our last video from this year’s AnimeFest! Before we move on to the other things that we’ve been up to during the past month & a half, we wanted to have some fun & show off one of the biggest highlights for cosplayers at conventions: the group meet-ups! These meet-ups are a chance for cosplayers who share a fandom to get together & do group photoshoots with anyone who wants to join in with the theme. In this case, there was a massive My Hero Academia shoot that we went in to expecting a couple dozen people to show up for, at best, & ended up finding nearly 50-60 cosplayers decked out as their favorite characters from the show! It was such a great time, despite the heat, & everyone looked amazing!
On a quick side note, for all the My Hero fans out there, the first official movie, My Hero Academia: Two Heroes, is in theaters now for a very limited release! So, if you haven’t already gotten your tickets, you need to do that while you still can!
Oh, & before you stop reading this & move on to whatever else is vying for your attention, we just wanted to let everyone know that there will not be a Tuesday or Thursday video next week. After going non-stop for so much of this year, we are finally taking a week off to recharge & catch our breath. Don’t worry…we’ll be coming back the following week with even more new & amazing content to keep you entertained, starting with a very special interview that we did with Heroic Inner Kids, at the Dallas Comic Show!
